Ningbo Center Building—the tallest building in Ningbo
Ningbo Center Building is a comprehensive commercial project integrating international Grade A office buildings and the top hotel Ritz Carlton Hotel. The total building height is 409 meters, three floors underground, 80 floors above ground, and a total construction area of 250,000 square meters. It is the tallest building in Ningbo.
Jinan CITIC Pacific Building—the tallest building in Jinan
The main tower has about 64 floors above ground and 4 floors underground. The elevation of the finished roof is 298 meters, and the elevation (total height) of the highest point of the structure is 326 meters. The auxiliary tower has 23 floors above ground and 4 floors underground, with a total height of 123 meters. The main functions of the main and auxiliary towers are business offices. The architectural scheme was designed by Aedes Company, with the design concept of "an ancient and modern city", which intends to imitate the charm of the scattered sloping roofs in the ancient city, forming an echo and contrast between the past and the present.
Expo 2010 China Pavilion
The planned above-ground building is a permanent building with a total construction area of 53,000 square meters. The pavilion is divided into three parts: China National Pavilion, China Regional Pavilion, and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Pavilion. Among them, the China National Pavilion has a construction area of 46,457 square meters and a height of 69 meters. It consists of one basement and six floors above the ground. The regional pavilion is 13 meters high and consists of one basement and one above the ground, showing a trend of horizontal expansion.
China Expo Convention and Exhibition Complex Project
The total construction area is 1.47 million square meters, of which the ground area is 1.27 million square meters. It integrates exhibitions, conferences, events, commerce, offices, hotels and other formats. It is currently the largest single building and exhibition complex in the world.
